About Fernanda Afonso

Fernanda Afonso is a globally respected Organisational Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Leadership Development Facilitator with over 25 years of experience. As the Founding Director of Business Psychology Group, she leads a global team delivering evidence-based people solutions that drive business performance. Fernanda also holds leadership roles at Blenheim Partners, Diversity Australia, and Korn Ferry, where she advises on leadership effectiveness, culture transformation, and diversity and inclusion.

She has assessed and coached senior leaders across top global companies such as ASIC, AMP, Westpac, Telstra, GE, Sanofi, and PwC, as well as various government agencies. A thought leader in her field, Fernanda has served on prestigious boards and advisory councils, including the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology (USA) and the Global Alliance of Organisational Psychologists.
